“We have just had a wharf build by Ben King and his crew on Scotland Island. I don’t usually take the time to write a review though was so happy with the product as well as the painless process that I felt compelled to write about it.
The wharf that Ben presented us with looks terrific and the construction is faultless. I joke that it looks sturdy enough for an ocean liner to pull up, and the oiled finish looks great.
The team came when they said they would and completed the job in the time frame that was advised. The site was kept clean and tidy, every night the gear was packed up. If there were any queries Ben consulted us and advised us of our options.
We just stand out the front of the house to admire our new wharf, I guess the novelty will wear off, but we are happy to enjoy the moment!”

“Ben King of East Coast Wharf Constructions Pty Ltd contracted with the Cairns Cruising Yacht Squadron to undertake the rectification of piling and pontoons at its marina in Cairns. Ben King and his staff completed the project competently and on time bearing in mind the weather and variations required on the job.
All work was completed to a high standard and involved the supply and installation of 17 new steel piles including replacing all associated brackets and pontoon walers. Variations included supply and installation of new pontoon sections and removal of the old damaged components.
